Well I’ve done an update of the website. Its still to be completed but this will do for now. Content is KING as they say, so the focus is on getting these out of the way, songs and animations ahoy!
The music and lyrics are mostly finalised and the recording of backing tracks is well underway, setting up the aural delights quite nicely.
The animations are the main worry – as shows are now confirmed for a couple of months time all I can say is EEEEEEKKKKKKK!!!! And last but not least, I need an awesome costume!
We are proud to unveil the Professor Karmadillo Spaceman logo! It features an astronaut holding up a piece of DNA with a sense of achievement.
It was designed by Miss Roberts who also drew Snout, the main Karmadillo mascot.
Look forward to seeing it on badges and T-shirts in the near future!
You can go to the brand new Facebook Page and like us if you are so inclined!
Hi people…well the start of April is upon us, so this means its time to turn the Professor Karmadillo concept into a show. I have started by setting up the initial version of the website and will do things up as I go along.
Some thanks must be made to some people who’ve helped me get going. Hayley Birch @ Geek Pop is one for triggering the thought processes, and Aidy for getting me onto the Geek Pop train to start off with. For future work, thanks go to The Arts Council for their grant towards making this reality. Stuart Hobday of Norwich Arts Centre for his assistance in the grant application and Richard Brown and Amy Wormald for initial suggestions as well!
